When: April 13-14, 2013
Where: Burns Park, Norh Little Rock, Arkansas, the premier soccer complex of the south and the site of the 2008 USYSA Youth Nationals, the most prestigious youth tournament in the country.

Available playing divisions are:

men's recreational, men's competitive, co-ed and women's open

All teams traveling from out of town and not affiliated with the Arkansas State Soccer Association must provide a travel permit with an official roster from their state association.
